At BYC, we put on first class Learn to Sail programs all summer long. The Cansail Junior Sailing programs are given in sessions of 2 weeks each. Classes run from Monday to Friday, and the kids get a chance to play in the harbour learning the basics, honing their skills, and opportunities to race during regatta week, if they choose, and a lifetime of memories. Junior Sailors learn in prams, Optis, and 420s.

If there is demand, we also run Adult Learn to Sail and Women Learn to Sail programs which are also taught in prams, 420s and Seabirds.

If you don't know how to sail, or if you would like to be able to sail your own boat, these programs are definitely for you!
